Our rich and healthy breakfast buffet focuses on nature, freshness, quality and regionality.
In addition to a varied selection at the cold meat and cheese buffet with salmon, you can have egg dishes prepared according to your wishes at our front cooking station. Omlette, fried or scrambled eggs with a variety of ingredients - whatever you like. Plus a hot station with sausages and various vegetables.
Make your own muesli at our extensive muesli bar with a selection of dried fruit and nuts or enjoy our home-made Bircher muesli. Natural yoghurt and natural quark, other fruit yoghurts or berry quark complete the range. For a sweet alternative, choose your jam or marmalade and honey from the honeycomb to go with a fresh croissant or a variety of Danish pastries. Tea lovers will appreciate the varied selection of high-quality Ronnefeldt teas at our tea station. Enjoy coffee specialties that you choose yourself at the coffee machine - as much as you like. We can also serve your desired coffee at your table on request. And if something is missing or you have other requests, such as gluten-free baked goods, oat or soy milk, please ask our service staff.

Late riser breakfast at the weekend
Every Saturday and Sunday, not only our house guests can have breakfast until 12:00 noon.
We are also happy to recommend our extended breakfast offer at the weekend to guests from outside the hotel.
